Solo RPG Play – Ironsworn: Starforged

It’s been a while since I posted something here, eh? Well, I decided to break the drought with something I can whip content up for fairly easily; the tabletop roleplaying game, Ironsworn: Starforged.

I’ve been intrigued by this solo RPG model for a few days (especially since watching Ginny Di demonstrate it in one of her entertaining videos), and while I have the itch to give the Transformers Roleplaying Game a go as a solo game to try some ideas out, I wanted to try the concept out with a product that’s geared for this kind of play – and Starforged seems right up my alley.

Yesterday, I splurged on the PDF of the Starforged rulebook in DriveThruRPG. Today, I printed a bunch of stuff out (including the deck of 99 asset cards; I cut them all out manually, too, and want to see about some deck protectors) and started rolling some dice – and found myself imagining stuff that I want to share.

So, I’ll take it one post at a time and see how I go!
